Return & Refund Policy – Vendsy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return a product, our policy is simple and fair.


📅 Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • A return pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address.

  • Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.


💡 If You Change Your Mind (Not Due to Quality Issue)

  • We accept returns even if you simply don’t want the product or found something else.

  • Reverse shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • After deducting the shipping cost, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.


✅ If There’s a Quality Issue

  • Return shipping will be free of charge.

  • You will receive a full refund once the product is inspected and approved.


💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund (unless required by law).

  • Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

⏳ Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. If still not received, email us at support@vendsy.in


❌ Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • After 12 hours, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.


📩 How to Request a Return

  • Email support@vendsy.in with subject: “Return for Order ID”.

  • Attach product images.

  • We’ll arrange pickup and share a return label with you via email.
