We want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return a product, our policy is simple and fair.
📅 Return Conditions

Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

A return pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address.

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.
💡 If You Change Your Mind (Not Due to Quality Issue)

We accept returns even if you simply don’t want the product or found something else.

Reverse shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

After deducting the shipping cost, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
✅ If There’s a Quality Issue

Return shipping will be free of charge.

You will receive a full refund once the product is inspected and approved.
💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund (unless required by law).
- Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
⏳ Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:

❌ Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

After 12 hours, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

Attach product images.
